Return & Exchange Policy

  • No cash refund.
  • Item must be exchanged within 15 days of date of purchase with the original invoice / receipt. 
  • If you wish to exchange your order, get in touch with Customer Service Team through our facebook/Instagram inbox or call us on +92-300-8228758 as soon as possible with your order number. 
  • The exchanged items must be in original/salable condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags/labels attached.
  • In case the customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, the item can be exchanged within 15 days of the purchase at our facebook/Instagram inbox stating the reason of dissatisfaction. 
  • For reasons of hygiene, exchange of underwear and innerwear items and Jewellery will not be accepted.
  • Item purchased on full price will be exchanged at current selling price.
  • Note:If an item is proved to be faulty, then we will provide you with a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 3 days from date of purchase, with original Invoice.

  • Delivery charges of items exchanged would be paid by customer.
  • QNH does not have a refund policy .  
  • QNH does not take responsibility of damage because of improper usage of garment.  
  • Exchange policy is not applicable to items on promotion/sale. Please note that the Cash on Delivery charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the exchange value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
