- The exchanged items must be in original/salable condition, unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags/labels attached.
- In case the customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, the item can be exchanged within 15 days of the purchase at our facebook/Instagram inbox stating the reason of dissatisfaction.
- For reasons of hygiene, exchange of underwear and innerwear items and Jewellery will not be accepted.
- Item purchased on full price will be exchanged at current selling price.
- Note:If an item is proved to be faulty, then we will provide you with a replacement product, provided the item is returned within 3 days from date of purchase, with original Invoice.

Exchange policy is not applicable to items on promotion/sale. Please note that the Cash on Delivery charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the exchange value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
